Low-Income Residential Assistance Program

Income-qualified Residential and Lifeline customers can receive $50 basic assistance through the Low-Income Residential Assistance Program. Additionally, we will be offering additional assistance for customers carrying outstanding balances on their utility bill — up to $300 for residential customers, and up to $1,000 for our Lifeline customers

CA COVID-19 Rent Relief

CA COVID-19 Rent Relief will help income-eligible households pay rent and utilities, both for past due and future payments. Utility Bill Payment Arrangements

If you are having trouble paying your bill, we want to help. You don’t need to leave your home to set up a payment arrangement. You can use the Online Account Manager or call Customer Service at (818) 238-3700 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.)
