Lockring Removal
For lock ring removal, call (818) 238-3575, and have your active permit number ready to provide.
Aid in Construction (AIC) Payments
Please make sure to include your cashier receipt checklist provided by the service planner with your AIC payment. Failure to include the cashier receipt checklist may cause your payment to be posted to your utility bill in error.

Drop Off Your Payment
Check or money order payments can be dropped off in payment boxes throughout Burbank.
Please DO NOT put cash in payment boxes.
BWP does not recommend using a payment box if you need to make a time-sensitive payment.

Check or cash payments can be made in the BWP lobby with the BWP cashiers.
