Financial Help - Reduced Rates & Instant Savings

The BUSS Program offers an ongoing 14% discount on electric service to income-qualified residents. Most participants will have an average savings of $100-200 per year on their electric bills. 

The Lifeline program offers income qualified customers an exemption from the monthly Customer Service Charge, the Utility User’s Tax, and a 45% reduced rate on Electric Service. 

$250 bill credit to income-qualified customers once per calendar year.

Electric Vehicle & Charger Rebates
