If you don't see your outage on the map, report it by calling (818) 238-3700 between the hours of 7:30 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, or (818) 238-3778, after hours.

Reporting a Power Outage

If you experience an outage, contact BWP customer service during normal business hours, between 7:30 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Outside business hours, please call our emergency services number.
