Low-Income Residential Assistance Program Benefits
Income-qualified Residential and Lifeline customers can receive $50 basic assistance through the program. Additionally, we will be offering additional assistance for customers carrying outstanding balances on their utility bill — up to $300 for residential customers, and up to $1,000 for our Lifeline customers. The assistance will be applied as a bill credit to the electric portion of the applicant's utility bill.
2 Lifeline customers who have participated in the COVID-19 Job Loss Bill Credit Program are NOT eligible to receive the Outstanding Balance Assistance or Lifeline Enhanced Balance Assistance.
