Rebates offset some of the costs of purchasing and installing EV charging stations for your business or multi-family building.

All commercial customers and multi-family buildings with 3 or more units are eligible for this program.

Rebate Amounts Breakdown

All rebates are capped at $200,000 or 40 charge ports unless specified.

The following maximum rebates are available depending on the customer type.

Municipal, Educational, or Non-Profit Organizations

Rebates can cover 75% of total project costs up to $200,000.
There is no limit on the number of charge ports that can be installed to receive a rebate.

Customers in Disadvantaged Communities (DAC) or with Publicly Accessible Chargers

Rebates are per charge port.

Utility Infrastructure Upgrades happen when BWP needs to upgrade its utility equipment to reliably serve any new charging stations. Commercial customers who require a utility infrastructure upgrade to install Level 2 or DC fast charging stations will be eligible for an enhanced rebate. Note that BWP capacity charges for increasing service sizes are considered eligible infrastructure upgrade costs.
