Burbank Water and Power (BWP) is a community-owned utility that serves the City of Burbank with water, electrical and fiber optic services. BWP has been providing service to our citizens and businesses since 1913.  Being community-owned means that shareholder profit is not our bottom line. Our concern is making decisions that are good for our community and environment.

BWP offers numerous programs and services for Burbank residents. We encourage you to take advantage of our Cash Appliance Rebates and other programs to help you reduce your water and energy use. By doing so, you’ll be saving money while helping the environment.

If you have questions related to your electrical and water service, you can call BWP at 818-238-3700. For questions related to your garbage or sewer services, please call the Public Works Department at 818-238-3800 (garbage) or 818-238-3900 (sewer), or visit the City of Burbank’s Public Works Department online at http://www.ci.burbank.ca.us/index.aspx?page=446

We hope you enjoy visiting BWP online!
